Respected Sir,

            Sub: Case of seniority in TES Group “B” and filling up of vacant posts of

                    DGMs/DEs in Engineering cadre.

            Kindly recall the discussion this Association had with you on 07.1.2009 on this subject.

            Administration, acting on the Judgment of The Honorable High Court of Delhi dated 07.11.2008, reverted the looking after arrangements of some officers. It is pertinent to point out that The Honorable court had stayed the operation of the impugned seniority lists dated 19 and 21.5.08 till next hearing.

 Looking after arrangements in all cases are made until further orders and are subject to review and revision. Under these circumstances, we request the Administration to immediately review the arrangements already made in the light of the judgment dated 07.11.08 and fill up all the vacant posts in DGMs and DEs in Engineering wing, adopting the seniority list which was being operated before the lists dated 19 and 21.5.08.
